📋 Commercial Driver Hours of Service
DOT regulations apply to this multi-day trip. Federal law limits commercial bus drivers to:
10 hours maximum driving per on-duty period
8 hours minimum off-duty rest required to reset the driving clock
15-hour limit from start of duty to going off duty
Two-Driver Option: A second driver with a sleeper berth allows continuous non-stop travel. Drivers alternate so one is always resting. This adds cost and slightly reduces passenger capacity. Our team will quote both options.
Hotel & Parking: For overnight stops, the customer is responsible for arranging driver accommodations and a safe motorcoach parking location. Many hotels accommodate this — please confirm before your trip. These costs are not included in your quote.

By booking with Jet Set Line, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at time of confirmation. Jet Set Line reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity. Passengers are responsible for their conduct and any damage to the vehicle. All trips operate in compliance with DOT regulations. Service modifications must be submitted in writing 72 hours in advance. Jet Set Line is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or acts of God. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before service: Full refund minus $50 admin fee.
15–29 days before: 50% refund of total amount.
8–14 days before: 25% refund of total amount.
7 days or less: No refund. Full amount forfeited.
No-shows: No refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to sales@jetsetusa.com.
Purchase Order Terms
PO Booking Requests: Submitting this form creates a booking request only — it is not a confirmed reservation. Your request will be reviewed by our team and a confirmation will be sent once availability is verified and PO details are received.
Payment terms: Net-30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoice will be issued upon trip confirmation.
Cancellations: All cancellation terms from the standard Cancellation Policy apply. Cancellation of a PO-based booking must be submitted in writing to sales@jetsetusa.com.
Authorized use: Submission of a PO booking request represents authorization from the appropriate purchasing authority at your organization. Jet Set Line reserves the right to request proof of PO before confirming service.
